Dill Pickle Chip Dip

This is the most requested recipe I get. And I really do make this all the time! You will no longer need to drive to the store to get your philly chip dip fix anymore, you can whip it up at home any time you want. This is definitely my guilty pleasure, but what a way to go!!

1/2 c cream cheese (1/3 a block) 1/2 c mayo 1/2 c sour cream (or plain yogurt) 1 tbsp Dill and Onion dip mix (you can also use tzatziki) 3 tbsp chopped dill pickles (or 2 tbsp dill pickle relish)

Microwave the cream cheese for 30 seconds. Mix spice and mayo in first. Then stir in sour cream and pickles.

If you can resist, let it cool in the fridge for about an hour. But it still tastes good fresh made.

If you feel guilty about eating all this with chips, take half of it and mix with tuna, ham or turkey for awesome sandwiches.
